Cancellation Policy

Final confirmations of bookings should be made not later than 10 days before the check-in date. In case if a booking is cancelled within the 5 days prior to the check-in date or No-show the hotel charges the penalty equal to 10% from the booking cost.

Late check-in:
In case of early check-in (08:00-12:00) or late check-out (12:00-17:00) the fine charge is 50% of accommodation cost for one night.

Check-out 12:00

Children policy: Children aged from 8 to 12 have the 50% discount on accommodation, the full price is for children over 12 and free for children under the age of 8.

About us

After the declaration of Independence in 1991, the Government of RU has opened the way to meet the interests of the Uzbek people to provide social and economic stability. It concentrated the economy on the development of tourism industry, by running the private business in tourism sphere.

The Rafievs local family is one of the families who made a great contribution to the private hotel development in Samarkand. The hotel was opened in 2001, when the tourism industry was on the rise and the flow of tourists to Uzbekistan has significantly increased.

The Hotel B&B "Dilshoda" at present is the ancient house where dynasty of Rafievs lived and live for over the century. For today, three generations of this dynasty live in it, and the oldest habitant is a 95 years old woman. The head of the family Mr.Said Rafiev and his wife are the owners of the hotel. Their son, the manager of the hotel, his wife and their three children represent a young generation. Every guest of the hotel will have excellent opportunity to make a contact with a local family and their national traditions, which is extremely open for everyone.
